Kids' club was a nice touch and kept my kids entertained. The room was dated and needed maintenance, though.

This place is super close to Yonge-Dundas Square, which was a huge plus. The beds were comfy and the view from the balcony? Awesome! Had a bit of trouble with a hot room that didn’t cool down, though, and the check-in lines were crazy long. a solid spot!

I chose Chelsea Hotel for its ideal location near the Harbourfront Centre, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional hospitality for families. The chefs prepared fun catering stations and served authentic curry dishes at the Indian lunch buffet, which added to the delightful experience.
Weak TV cable connection. Low toilets for seniors.

we stayed at chelsea hotel in the heart of downtown. the location was great, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and theaters. the hotel lobby was nice, and our room was clean with a small balcony. the staff were friendly, and the hotel had separate pool areas for adults and children, as well as a play room. it's a great place for families, and there are facilities like a restaurant, store, and outside patio.

Close to major hospitals, comfy bed, great staff, mini fridge in room, nice outdoor dining.
Felt very secure, nothing too much trouble.
